We opened our doors in the beginning of 2018 bringing years of construction experience and leading industry knowledge. Each of our staff members has been in different specific trades throughout the years, which allows us to be a diverse and a full-service company to get your project done.

Meet Our Team Of Experts

Joe Spanier

Joe is the owner and operator of J. Spanier Contracting. Joe has worked in the construction industry since he was young, helping his dad with home improvement projects around the house. As the years went on the projects became more advanced and as a teenager, he started working in the landscaping industry for many years which lead him back to building. He fine-tuned and perfected his trades while working as a lead contractor. Joe branched off on his own and started J Spanier Contacting in 2018. When the work day has ended Joe loves to spend time in the outdoors hunting and fishing or relax with his family.

Josh

Josh is an outdoor enthusiast from Green Lane. He’s married with two blue heelers. On his free time he loves to go fishing, hunting, and explore nature. His favorite spot he has traveled to is Acadia National Park. He has been working at J. Spanier Contracting for 3 years. He enjoys all aspects of construction, especially doing finish work.

Cole

Cole, is sure to be the guy on the jobsite keeping you laughing and everyone in a good mood. He enjoys hunting, hanging out with his dog Luna and working on his classic mustang. He handles all of the electrical work here at J Spanier Contracting.

Wyatt

Wyatt has been working for J. Spanier Contracting for 2 years. He enjoys going up to Vermont to go fishing and loves to play golf in his free time. Wyatt is a well rounded worker that enjoys working outside, he especially likes framing large projects.

Tommy

Tommy “the mullet” Goshow. Tommy has been working for J Spanier for 3 years. He enjoys playing golf in his free time. He recently started flying fish, so when not on the golf course, he is perfecting his casting in the local streams. Tommy enjoys doing tile work and trim.

Owen Smith

Owen has been with the company for 2 years. Owen also brings a very strong work ethic and a great passion for learning new things, especially finding ways to make a jobsite run efficient. Owen’s attention to detail has made him our go-to guy for finish work. He adds the WOW factor to the end of your project. He is also an excellent welder. In his free time he enjoys helping with his family’s trailer business.

Wade Loughridge

Wade has been with the company for almost 2 years. He has a strong work ethic and brings a vast knowledge of household/commercial plumbing and mechanical equipment. He is eager to learn new techniques and use new tools to help deliver a fast and innovative quality finish. Wade has a great passion for the outdoors that include hunting, fishing, hiking and just simply enjoying nature.

Paul Houseknecht

Paul is the newest member of the company. He is a quick thinker, quick learner and mechanically inclined. He has a military and law enforcement background, but at this time in his life he would like to put his skills to a new use and try the construction trade. In his free time he likes to work on cars and motorcycles and enjoys spending time with his family and friends.
